➔ The house was completely scraped and rebuilt from the ground up.

➔ New construction ADU home complete with two-stories, a spacious living room, custom-built kitchen, bedroom and bathroom spaces.

➔ Incorporates the original building, constructed in the 1940s, to celebrate the local neighborhood’s experiential look and feel
